We are currently hosting ongoing Bean Bag Toss games on the lawn next to Carvers Coffeehouse & Studio. The main purpose of this event is to encourage physical activity and local county spirit. A percentage of the proceeds will be going towards the Terry Fox Foundation. There will be a location at the event where you can donate more if you wish.
Rules:
$2.00 Per Game
Each person gets 6 bean bags per game
White line – 9 feet away
Red line – 15 feet away
Green line – 21 feet away
The objective is to score exactly 9 points (no more, no less) from the white line, 7 points exactly from the red line and 5 points exactly from the green line.
There are two holes to throw through, one worth 1 point and the other worth 2.
Choose which distance you wish to play at, and if you are successful in obtaining exactly 9 points from the white line then there are small prizes to choose from.
If you are successful in scoring exactly 7 points from the red line, then you are instructed to pop a balloon and find out what your prize is.
If you score exactly 5 points from the green line, then you will receive a $50.00 Tim Hortons Gift Card. There is only one $50.00 gift card, so it is first winner, first served!
